KittyHawk – Wedding Venue, Sydney
Kittyhawk is a cocktail bar and French restaurant focused on delivering the most exceptional of guest experiences. The venue is designed around the Liberation of Paris in 1944 – think moody greens and greys, vintage memorabilia, and soft lighting against sparks of brass. Drinking champagne is non-negotiable (just kidding… kind of).
We like to think we’re the perfect amount of old-world charm combined with a modern and delicious food and beverage offering. We pride ourselves on making your wedding day a smooth and seamless affair from the moment you first contact us until you walk out our doors as a newly minted married couple.
We have a variety of function spaces, which means we’re perfect for your reception or your ceremony or make your life super easy and let us help with both. Kittyhawk really is your one-stop shop for your whole wedding day – if that’s what you want, of course
The Officers’ Mess is a totally exclusive level with access via your own private lift and is licensed for up to 175 guests . You’ll have your own bathrooms and your own bar and wait staff and the room furniture can be adjusted to suit a variety of configurations, including seated and cocktail style events. The room’s versatility means groups of all sizes can be accommodated, from large cocktail parties to intimate private dinners or lunches. As this space is totally private, you’re welcome to organise your own entertainment, be it a band, a DJ or simply your favourite Spotify playlist. You also have access to the music playing downstairs in Kittyhawk main bar.
The Conservatory – Soak up all the sun’s rays in this semi-private spot, within Kittyhawk main bar. If it’s a sunny day, we can open the windows so you feel the breeze. For speedy service, you will be assigned your own section of the bar and table service can also be organised, if preferred. The low tables can also be replaced with cocktail tables, if your group would prefer to stand and mingle. This space is suitable for groups of up to 100 people, where total privacy isn’t required.
Whole Venue – Both Kittyhawk, which includes the Lounge and Conservatory, and The Officers’ Mess are available for exclusive hire. With a combined capacity of 350pax spread across two levels separated by a private lift, this space would be best suited for events with multiple themes where people can flow between rooms.
