By accessing, visiting, or otherwise using this Site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. The Site is owned and operated by Parties2Weddings(the Owner). This agreement may be amended from time to time at the Owner’s discretion and without prior notice to you. We encourage Users to visit this page from time to time as your continued use of the Site will indicate your acceptance of any amendments.
License to You. This Site and its content is provided to you through this license. Parties2Weddings retains all ownership and proprietary rights in the Site and its content. Parties2Weddings hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Site for the prescribed use. The prescribed use is to provide a directory service to connect customers with Businesses. This license commences upon your acceptance of this agreement and continues until termination by Parties2Weddings or you. Parties2Weddings has the discretion to terminate your license immediately and without notice if you breach this license. All rights not specifically granted under this Agreement are reserved by Parties2Weddings and, as applicable, its licensors.
This limited license excludes the right to:
(a) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or any portion of the Site;
(b) republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license or download the Site or any and/or all Site Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Site);
(c) make any use of the Site or any and/or all Site Content other than for the prescribed use;
(d) modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based upon either the Site or any and/or all Site Content;
(e) collect account information for the benefit of yourself or another party;
(f) use any meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing any and/or all Site Content;
(g) use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure or server;
(h) download any image or content and pass it off as your own, or provide it to a third party or republish or distribute it.

Your License to Parties2Weddings
By posting, submitting or otherwise publishing any material to the Site, you are representing: (i) that you are the owner of the material, or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material; and (ii) that you are eighteen years of age or older. By submitting or posting any material, you are granting us, and anyone authorised by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such material, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose. Services
Parties2Weddings operates as an Online marketplace and as a Business directory whereby customers can lookup businesses, request for a quote and buy products online. Parties2Weddings has the discretion whether to include or remove requests or listings from the Site.
Parties2Weddings reserves the right to make changes to the Site, its operation and application at any time without prior notice. Parties2Weddings may engage a third party to provide technical assistance with the Site. Parties2Weddings will take reasonable steps to ensure the ongoing effective operation and maintenance of the Site and to take steps to repair technical issues that arise from within the Software within a reasonable time, insofar as the issues are of a global nature, and do not arise from individual use.
Parties2Weddings provides services via the Website or Phone to assist individuals planning events, in searching for, identifying, reviewing and securing orders and reservations with participating third party event-related suppliers and vendors. (Such as Wedding /event planners, kids entertainers, decorators, magicians, , game organizers, food/catering, venue providers, and entertainment providers that are listed on the Website as suppliers). The Website is an online marketplace where the Suppliers can sell their services at a price or just list their business. Parties2Weddings is not a part of the actual transaction between User and Supplier. Hence, Parties2Weddings does not hold any control over the accuracy, quality and the ability of the Vendors to sell and Users to pay for the services respectively. Parties2Weddings shall not be responsible for the completion or failure of a transaction.
Vendor Agreement Terms
After you book a Vendor’s service with us, you agree that you might be required to enter into an agreement with the Vendor and if that is the case, you will accept any terms imposed by the Vendor in oral or written. You agree that only you are responsible for performing the obligations of the terms of service specified by the Vendor and Parties2Weddings will not hold any responsibility in this regard. Any change of date or cancellation of vendor services after booking must be agreed in writing between the customer and the vendor. A copy of written agreement shall be sent to Parties2Weddings. Parties2Weddings will not be responsible for any availability issues after the booking is agreed and may incur additional charges due to change of any booking terms.
Obligations or Verifications
Parties2Weddings does not verify the information provided by the Businesses and Customers. will take a reasonable care to verify the information provided to it by Bakers or Customers. By registering with Parties2Weddings through the Site you represent that you have the requisite experience, licences and permits to provide the services offered. You agree to abide by all relevant laws.
Parties2Weddings does not verify the information provided by Customers. By using the Site to submit a request you represent that you are validly seeking the services or products of a Business as described in your request.
Parties2Weddings does not guarantee the services of the Business or quality of the product nor does Parties2Weddings guarantee payment by the Customer.
Users of the Site agree not to provide false or misleading information through the Site and you agree to indemnify Parties2Weddings for any claim arising from your conduct through the Site.
Limitation of Liability
Parties2weddings assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the website or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the website.in no event shall parties2weddings or any third party providers or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost savings),whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) any use of the website or content found herein, (ii) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to the use of or inability to use any component of this site for reservations or orders),or (iii) the performance or non performance by parties2weddings or any third party providers or distributors, including, but not limited to, non performance resulting from bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, dissolution or liquidation even if such party has been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.in addition, all users specifically understand and agree that any third party directing users to the website by referral, link or any other means is not liable to user for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to damages or loss associated with the use of the service, the website or website content. Parties2weddings is neither an agent nor is affiliated with any supplier with which a user makes a reservation or places an order. Aside from the SERVICE PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE, Parties2Weddings IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH A USER’S USE OF A SUPPLIER.If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Parties2Weddings or any third party provider or distributor should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above described functions or uses of this Website or its content,the liability of Parties2Weddings and the third party providers and distributors shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the Supplier Reservation Fee for reserving a Supplier, or (b) AUD100 whichever is lower. In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Parties2Weddings and without any liability whatsoever, Parties2Weddings at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of the Website.
Conditions of use. Users agree to use the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions, in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to Parties2Weddings.
You agree that you will not upload or provide content on the Site which is:
(a) defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, violent or degrading;

(j) Attempt to or engage in conduct that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Site, Facebook Page, servers or networks.

Parties2Weddings uses a linked third party payment provider and Parties2Weddings does not provide any guarantees or warranties in relation to the functionality or security of that third party provider.
Warranties and Indemnities
No warranties are provided as to the performance of the Businesses and their services or products listed on the Site, and any engagement between customers and a Business is on terms between you. Parties2Weddings is not responsible for ensuring the services are provided or paid for. Parties2Weddings welcomes feedback from Users, however Parties2Weddings does not provide a dispute resolution service when issues arise from the services. The parties have the rights that exist at law. Parties2Weddings retains the discretion to consider feedback provided to it and to terminate a User in response to negative feedback received about the User.
Parties2Weddings does not warrant that the functional aspects of the Site will be error free or that the Site, its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. Parties2Weddings maintains current anti-virus software, however to the extent provided by law, Parties2Weddings does not guarantee against third party interference. Parties2Weddings does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Site or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. Parties2Weddings is not liable for any default due to an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, storm or other event beyond Parties2Weddings reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, Parties2Weddings, and its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Intellectual Property Rights
Parties2Weddings retains all ownership rights over all intellectual property (registered or unregistered) available on this site, and its content including, but not limited to, audio-visual effects, themes, stories, dialog, settings, artwork, sounds effects, musical works, and moral rights.
Privacy
You agree that the terms mentioned in the Privacy Policy are reasonable. Personal information you submit to Parties2Weddings either online or offline is governed by Parties2wedding Privacy Policy. You also agree to grant permission to use of your personal information by Suppliers, Parties2Wedings or its affiliates aligned with the purposes mentioned in the policy or for selling their services which may be interest to you. Also, by providing your details to Parties2Weddings provides the permission to send newsletters, deal and any content that may be interest to you
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by Parties2Weddings. Parties2Weddings has the right to terminate the service to a User in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Parties2Weddings may terminate the service to a site User immediately without prior notice. If you wish to terminate your registration you can do so by way of email to CustomerCare@Parties2Weddings.com.au.
If your usage is terminated you will no longer have access to the Site. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.
