You’ll pay the remaining 75% to the vendor directly
We’ll release the rest of the money due to the vendor once we have received a communication from the client & vendor about the successful service delivery

There will be no extra fee nor booking fees. You only pay the price specified by the business for the service offered, which includes any related GST.

The business I booked with did not receive my booking or did not have the services or availability booked. What do I do?

Please contact us and report all of the details so that we can investigate the matter further. Please send an email at customercare@parties2weddings.com.au

What if I don’t get the service I booked?

if the service you received is not in line with the business information provided and the description of the services, you should inform the business and ask them to rectify the issue immediately, preferably at the time of delivery.

If they refuse or fail to respond to any such requests within a reasonable amount of time, please, contact us immediately and provide us with all the details so we can investigate.

Businesses listed on the website are contractually bound to deliver the services booked and under no circumstances should they misrepresent any of these services to you. If the service is booked and paid for but is not received, all your deposit monies to be refunded after the successful verification process.

What is the booking confirmation process when I place an order for a package?

Once the advance booking amount payment is made for the booking, the final confirmation process shall take 24-48 hours.

In an instance, If the vendor is unavailable or double booked, we can find another vendor to fulfil the services or we refund the entire advance booking fees. No booking fees will be charged.
We’ll keep you updated with e-mail confirmations and communications all through the way.

What type of Venues or Businesses Parties2Weddings work?

Parties2Weddings only work with selected premium venues and vendors throughout Australia and Bali, so that we can bring personal experience to our customers.
We work with our partner vendors closely in building & creating tailored packages so that our customers get the best outcomes & value for their money.

Which businesses take online bookings?

Only with those businesses on the website that have online booking enabled and which are showing a widget on their business listings page, can take online bookings.

Who is responsible for delivering the service?

For Wedding Venues, Wedding Packages, Experiences, Getaways – The contract for delivery of the services booked is between you and the business. We only act as their agent to facilitate the booking process. This means the business you booked with is responsible for the delivery of the service booked. By setting up online bookings they have committed to the process of receiving bookings online and delivering the services booked.

Will my booking be confirmed once made?

For Wedding Packages, Experiences, Holidays – Yes, once the booking is made and upon successfully receiving funds, our system shall automatically send confirmation by email with all the booking details.
