THE CEREMONY
You are welcome to have your ceremony in the lounge, private dining room, or waterview room depending on your number of guests. There are different layouts depending on which space you use and what you would prefer the backdrop to be. For smaller groups, you can have your ceremony in the lounge and reception in the private dining room. For larger groups, you can have your ceremony in the waterview room and reception in the sunset room.
THE RECEPTION
At Mr Hobson, we are committed to providing unforgettable experiences. We understand that each wedding is as unique as each couple and can tailor packages to suit your requirements. We have many versatile functions spaces where you can host your reception whether you would prefer a cocktail style or seated event. There are two options for table settings, round or rectangular. The lounge is a private function space ideal for smaller cocktail style functions or seated events.
The Seaview Room – Private Entrance | Private Restrooms | Dance Floor
The private dining room is perfect for corporate functions or special occasions. Featuring floor to ceiling retractable windows, this space offers uninterrupted views of the bay and a weather proof option with an outdoor feel.
The Waterview Room – Private Entrance | Private Restrooms
This space is the lounge and private dining room combined. Guests can enjoy drinks in the lounge on arrival, followed by a seated meal in the private dining room. There is a curtain that can be used to separate the spaces, because who doesn’t love a room reveal? The other options is to keep both spaces open onto each other for a larger unified space.
The Sunset Room – Private Entrance | Private Restrooms | Dance Floor
Located on the top floor of Mr Hobson, this space features panoramic waterfront views, a bar area, dancefloor, and ample space for seated dining
