Booking terms

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

25% deposit of the total package is required once the venue book and confirmed, and it's NON-refundable
The remaining 75% payment should be settled by 90 days prior to the wedding date and it's NON-refundable
Any other extra charges will be settled at the end of the event by Credit Card or Cash
All bank charges should be borne by the sender
Payment can be made either by Credit Card or Transfer to IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) bank account

Yes we allow outside vendor and we only charge vendor fee for vendor that using electricity such as band, lighting, sound system, and etc .

Do you provide the in-house Wedding Coordinator?

The Wedding Coordinator is available during the wedding day

What is your venue maximum and minimum capacity?

"We have 2 venues for the wedding : a. Wedding ceremony Venue name : Rooftop Chapel at The Bandha Hotel & Suites (6th floor outdoor) Capacity : Theater style up to 70 persons b. Wedding Reception Venue name : Alfresco Dining (outdoor) Capacity : 80 persons round table"

Does you venue allow for fireworks, doves and balloon release?

Fireworks is not allowed in our venue. Only doves, balloon, and pyrotechnics

How far is the venue from the Airport?

The hotel is located 25 minutes away from the airport

What is the curfew hours for music and entertainment?

Curfew hour is up to 11 pm. However, the music sound and any entertainment must be off at 10.00 pm .

Does your venue is kid's friendly? what type of activities for kids?

Our venue is kids friendly however we don’t have kids activities .
