Booking terms

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

25% deposit of the total package is required once the venue book and confirmed, and it's NON-refundable
The remaining 75% payment should be settled by 90 days prior to the wedding date and it's NON-refundable
Any other extra charges will be settled at the end of the event by Credit Card or Cash
All bank charges should be borne by the sender
Payment can be made either by Credit Card or Transfer to IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) bank account

The resort is perfect for your engagement, wedding celebration or even for your honeymoon getaway

What type of outdoor & indoor areas does your venue offer?

The resort only offers outdoor venues which are clifftop wedding and poolside wedding.

Do you provide in-house Food & Beverage?

For the menu, the resort provides a set menu or buffet option along with wide choices of non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages.

Do you allow outside vendor? How much is the vendor fee?

There is a vendor fee for live band and/or DJ at IDR5,000,000 net

Do you provide the in-house Wedding Coordinator?

The Wedding Coordinator is available during the wedding day.

What is your venue maximum and minimum capacity?

The venue can accommodate a minimum of 12 pax and maximum up to 50pax.

Does you venue allow for fireworks, doves and balloon release?

Yes, it is allowed however the fireworks have to be booked from us and other arrangements can bring your own.

How far is the venue from the airport?

The hotel is located 45 minutes away from the airport.

What is the curfew hours for music and entertainment?

The curfew is until 22.00 hour and is applicable in all dining venues. However, at the Botol Biru BAR, the curfew is until 01.00, normally for an after-party.

Does your venue is kid's friendly? what type of activities for kids?

The resort is not recommended for kids and no activities for kids available either.
