Mother of six and successful cooking entrepreneur, Tiffany Wright has always been passionate about cooking but it wasn’t truly shared with more than family and friends until after having children. With a family of eight to feed each night she’s had plenty of practice in experimenting with food that satisfies all tastes. Opening her first Gourmet Cookie and Friand stall at the Gourmet Food Markets, Castle Hill in 2002, she soon found her stock was selling out each month and met demand for more by expanding into Catering to business and private functions. Working as a cooking consultant for prestige cooking appliance brands over the past six years Tiffany loves to share good stories about food, family and friends. “Being able to cook and talk to everyone, sharing my passion for food… what better job can there be?” One of her true passions is her cakes. “I love decorating the cakes to suit the person or the function”, ‘Making hundreds of cupcakes, each individually decorated has always been the fun part of my business and we are now going to share this with our Decorating classes”.
