Not everyone wants a huge wedding, with a massive wedding party. I can help you create something memorable without the fuss. Whether it's just you two eloping in the traditional sense of the word, or whether you've decided to invite your closest friends and family to be a part of it, I'll create an intimate and special ceremony. We can keep it super simple and about you two.

This package is not available on Saturday afternoons.

Inclusions

This package includes:

As part of this ceremony, I'll facilitate a conversation between you both. I'll take you on a trip down memory lawn so you can reminisce about how you met, what you love about each other and what challenges you've had to overcome together.
You also have the option to include some modern readings and rituals. I'll give you my Couples Resource Kit to inspire you and show you all your options.
I'll give you lots of help to write your own personalised vows. My objective is always to make sure your vows are amazing on the day.
This type of ceremony generally doesn't need a rehearsal or a PA system.
You'll need two witnesses, but I can provide them if you are travelling alone.

Booking terms

Pay only 50% advance to book this package. The remaining 50% of the package amount is to be paid 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation terms :

If the difference between Cancellation Date and Event date is

1. Between 0-60 days, then 100% deposit will be forfeited
2. More than 60 days, then 50% deposit will be forfeited

TOGETHER we'll create a personalised, engaging and memorable ceremony for everyone involved.

Inclusions

This package includes:

Personalised Ceremony written uniquely for you
Couples Resource Kit: packed full of ceremony ideas (modern reading, rituals, music etc, that you'll actual like) to inspire you and make it easy for you to decide what you want.
Professional PA System
Vow Help: Share my library of real vows from my previous couples and provide feedback if you want.
Rehearsal
Lodgement of Legal Paperwork
Clothing: I'll find out your colour pallete- the colours of your wedding party's outfits and the flowers so, that I don't wear anything that will be jarring in the photos
Positioning: I move around a lot during the ceremony to ensure the photographer gets a range of photos.
Contact: A lot of my couples work business hours so I am happy to meet you in the evening or on Saturday mornings, to fit around your schedule.
Pet Friendly: If you want your pets to be involved in the ceremony
Languages: I speak French and Spanish very well but am honestly happy to give any language a go. I've spoken a bit of Portuguese, Polish, Italian and even Urdu during ceremonies. It goes down a treat with the guests.
Umbrellas: if the weather gods are not playing ball. I have a stock of white umbrellas that you can rent at a very reasonable cost. Unlike most umbrella rental services, you won't pay unless you use them.

I’m a Newcastle celebrant who loves her job. I’m passionate about creating personalised wedding ceremonies that reflect the personalities of those involved. So, there are no boring or out-dated ceremonies here! Let’s create an awesome ceremony together, that’ll be the highlight of your wedding day.

Personalised ceremonies are my specialty

Everyone has their own unique love story that deserves to be told- whether you met at the McDonalds on King st after a night at Kingas , backpacking in Asia, or even if yours is a Tinderella love story, I will write a beautiful story all about it, infused with a bit of humour. Your guests will be hanging off my every word hearing what you love about each other and what annoys you too!

You have so many options for personalising your ceremony. I will give you my super-duper ‘Couples Resource Kit’ full of ceremony inspiration and provide you with lots of MODERN ideas for ways to show your personality- ones that you will actually like!

While I’m a Newcastle celebrant, I do travel everywhere, mostly to Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley, Maitland, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. I’m willing to travel to anywhere in NSW or beyond. I love a good road trip, especially when I get a chance to discover a new place.

Vibe

My objective is always to create a RELAXED VIBE, so that you and your guests actually enjoy the ceremony (instead of having to endure it!). They will laugh and they will cry. It’s important to bring the light and the shade. By the end, your guests will feel uplifted and ready for the P-A-R-T-Y.

I know that the wedding day can be a bit overwhelming for lots of people, (I see you introverts!) but I’ll be there to help calm your nerves on the day and banter with the guests.

Vows

Are you planning to write your own vows? I know it’s nerve-wracking but I’ll help you to write the best vows ever. Insider tip: there is a bit of a formula that I’ll share with you. I’ll push you, in a good way. The results will be soooooo worth it.

My other talents

Lucky for you, I have a talent for languages. I speak Irish, Spanish, French and a bit of Italian: one of the advantages of growing up in Europe. Is one of you from another country? Or did you meet overseas? If you want a sprinkling of another language in your ceremony, I can make that happen for you.

In case you haven’t guessed it, I should mention that I’m Irish, which means I have a knack for story-telling and a beautiful Irish accent. Don’t worry, it’s easy to understand. Your guests will love it! I also love Irish whiskey, proving that some stereotypes are true.
