Cancellation Fee is 100% of deposit if cancelled more than 7 days before scheduled arrival and 100% of amount if cancelled under 7 days before scheduled arrival.
Leave Villa As You Find It Great care has been taken to provide you with a beautiful break. We do not charge a deposit; however, it is expected for reasons of cleanliness, insects, courtesy that 1) all rubbish will be bagged and put in outside bin by the villa 2) All dishes are wash, dried and placed back on shelves 3) BBQ is cleaned for the next guests. If left, each of these will incur an extra $25 cleaning fee.
Country Property Considerations You are coming to a 20 acre country property surrounded by the bush and the Wombat State Forest. We take every care in eliminating insects but if you do see an insect (alive or dead) please do what you would do at home. This may seem like a strange request but we have had guests who wanted to depart because of seeing an insect. You are welcome to depart but you will not receive a refund and please do not call either the owners or villa carers on such occasions.
Problems or Complaints In the case of any problem or complaint, you must, in the first instance, inform by phone and/or text, our Villa Carer at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible, and you must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

This place is amazing and relaxing. My fiancé and I stayed in the Gatsby Spa Studio and we absolutely loved it. Massage shower, spa and sauna were fantastic.

The only problem I had was the driveway coming in and out. Very uneven surface and someone who owns a sedan/wagon would find it very hard going up and down. You’re always looking for holes or high ground so your car doesn’t scrape along the rocks. Small 4wd recommended.

But would definitely come back during the summer and I would recommend it to couples who just want to get away for a relaxing weekend ��
