Nestled in the scenic Immerse Winery is a space for all kinds of weddings, from the classically beautiful, to the whimsical and creative, the rustic, vintage or farm style bash. Immerse is a breathtaking wedding venue, acclaimed restaurant, boutique winery and state of the art conference centre all rolled into one. Rolling hills of vines, picture perfect gardens, stunning accommodation, succulent food and two beautiful chapels, combine to create the Yarra Valley wedding you dream of. Immerse is located in Dixons Creek which is just a short drive from Yarra Glen, Healesville and surrounding Yarra Valley attractions and accommodation.
Our Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked from our estate and sold exclusively in our cellar door and served in our restaurant. In developing our wine, our first consideration is simply to make wines that people will love to drink – that means fresh and vibrant with lively fruit character and enough structure to ensure they stand the test of time. Our second criteria is to create wines that go wonderfully well with food, as eating and drinking is a high priority at Immerse.
Immerse Gift Vouchers are very popular, including our Dinner & Accommodation Package option. Anytime is a great time to visit Immerse in the Yarra Valley.
The world’s great wines evoke a sense of place and tell a story of the land, seasons and the grapes. With Immerse wines we link outstanding Yarra Valley winemakers with premium fruit to create amazing wines at an affordable price.
The Yarra Valley is Victoria’s oldest wine growing district with a history dating back 180 years. It is recognised as Australia’s premiere cool climate wine region producing exceptional chardonnay, complex pinot noir and world class cabernet sauvignon and shiraz.
