Situated on the Esplanade in Scarness, overlooking the pristine waters of Hervey bay, Scarness Park and Jetty. The Beach House hotel it is the most exciting hotel complex on the Fraser Coast.
With 60 taps and over a dozen beers and cider to choose from, all icy cold just how you like them, plus a huge range of local and imported beers, quality wines and tasty cocktails.

Five stunning function spaces are on offer, all overlooking the bay. All spaces have the latest in audio visual equipment. Helping you plan your event is a highly experienced dedicated functions team.
The Beachside Room
The Beachside Function Room is ideal for a smaller get togethers with beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking The Esplanade. Located on the ground floor, adjacent to the bistro dining area, this function space can seat 60 guests comfortably.
The Mcnamee Room
The McNamee Room is located on the second level, with beautiful views over the bay. It’s ideal for medium size functions like engagement parties or birthdays and with a balcony over The Esplanade, is a perfect space for those intimate gatherings allowing for up to 80 guests.
The Haddow Room
The Haddow Room, with its own balcony that looks over The Esplanade and the picturesque waters of Hervey Bay, is located on the second level of the venue & can accommodate up to 150 guests. With its own bar, it’s an ideal venue to host your next work function, or even more special for your wedding.
The Persal Room
Is simply McNamee and Haddow size spaces opened up to cater for more guests, holding up to 250 guest comfortably, featuring our iconic circular window that can be a stunning back drop for photo’s.
The Scarborough Room
The Scarborough Room is the largest function space on offer that overlooks the beautiful waters of Hervey Bay. With its own private wrap around balcony, bar & grand entrance stairs, it’s perfect for that next big event. Ideal for hosting gala dinners, weddings & corporate functions, The Beach House boasts the largest function venue allowing for up to 450 guests seated or 600+ standing.
