Booking terms

A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. A futher payment of 50% of the total cost will be due 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, with the remaining balance for the entirely of your wedding package paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Dietary requirements must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date for table service packages.

A $500.00 bond fee is required for all bookings. This may be used to cover any breakages, losses or damage incurred or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning required including & not limited to excess wear & tear to paddocks.
If for any reason you have to cancel within ten calendar months of the wedding date, your deposite is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within one calendar month of the wedding will also incur a cancellation fee of 50% of all other monies paid to that date.
We endeavour to give you an accurate description of our property and services available. Whilist we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.
Where third party providers are used, Glenrock Farm shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers to fulfil arrangements nor for any error, atternation or change of any kind made by those service providers. Third Party providers will be your responsibility, therefore, you will be liable for any damages third party providers cause.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas where ashtrays are provided. Guests are NOT permitted to roam the grounds other than the dedicated areas allocated for your function.
For health and safety a Glenrock representative will accompany you to photo areas not within the dedicated function area.

Glenrock farm staff are primarily onsite to assist with entry and exit from the property and also for the safety during the evening. One staff member is included within your venue price, Additional staff is required for above 50 guests.
