Dine Divine Sassafras Restaurant, Bar and Function Centre operates in a Fully renovated Old 1902 Methodist Church in the Dandenong Mountains located 40 klm for the heart of Melbourne.

Ceremonial table and carpeted walkway for bride

Tea light candle on table and stairs

Wedding Welcome Sign on a stand

Lectern and wireless microphone
Three course set dinner menu (alternating all courses)
Four - and half -hour beverage package

Booking terms

Subject to availability

Pay only 50% advance to book this package. The remaining 50% of the package amount is to be paid 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation terms :

If the difference between Cancellation Date and Event date is

1. Between 0-60 days, then 100% deposit will be forfeited
2. More than 60 days, then 50% deposit will be forfeited

Our old original 1902 church makes for the perfect bridal photos and our chefs will create a meal that will have your guests wanting more!

We had a wedding. It was such an amazing afternoon from the staff to the overall atmosphere – I can not recommend Dine Divine enough. There was more than enough food, which was delicious, the service and hospitality were first class. Leading up to the event Rita and Trevor could not do enough to ensure it ran smoothly. Everyone had such a great time and the staff went out of the way to ensure everyone was welcome and the day was truely memorable.

Cannot recommend this place more highly. My husband & I got married in Mount Dandenong in September & wanted to host a breakfast the day after for the guests who rented accommodation on the mountain. I contacted Dine Divine asking if I could host the breakfast there (I wanted something different to the normal wedding breakfast package they offer) & the team were so accommodating! When I arrived, to my surprise, the whole venue was booked out for us! They managed to take care of all dietary requirements & the food was delicious. Would recommend to anyone looking for this service in the Dandenongs!!
