Venue for set up only on night 1
Full venue hire for function and both cabins on night 2

Exclusions

Upgrade Your Event :

Add Extra accommodation in the Group accommodation $40 per person with linen an extra $20 per person as a one off charge.
Drivers Room (1 x queen sized bed with linen) with adjacent bathroom $70
Camping / caravan fees $20 per person

Beverage Packages :

Starting at $28 per person for soft drinks, fruit juices, beer, cider, sparkling wines, white and red wines
BYO option available with a corkage fee of $8 pp

Other Associated Costs :

Tables and chairs included in venue hire charge
Table cloth hire $7 each
Plates, bowls, glasses, water jugs and cutlery $4 per person
Bar staff, $32 per hour for each staff member
Commercial speed dishwasher hire $60 per day (including instruction and supervision)
Gas heaters $26 each for a full bottle of gas
Use of fire cauldron, including firewood for the night, $30

Cleaning :

The venue is presented properly and professionally cleaned and clients have the option of cleaning and mopping the venue (not required with the accommodation) the day after their function or we can clean professionally for a charge of $260

Booking terms

Pay only 50% advance to book this package. The remaining 50% of the package amount is to be paid 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation terms :

If the difference between Cancellation Date and Event date is

1. Between 0-60 days, then 100% deposit will be forfeited
2. More than 60 days, then 50% deposit will be forfeited

Last year my husband and I were married here. It was a beautiful backdrop and serene atmosphere for our wedding. Jess and Ryan provided excellent communication and planning in the lead up to the big day, and they and their staff were very professional and provided great service on the day. Nothing was too hard, they went above and beyond for us. There is absolutely nothing I would change about our day! My review is a bit belated, but Thankyou again jess and Ryan, I don’t think we could ever thank you both enough for making our day perfect!
