Appin House is established in 2002 by family team Ernie and Patricia in recent years joined by his son Stephen was purpose-built with the sole idea of luxury and convenience. The family began sketching plans for Appin House in the early nineties with their dreams realized in the year 2000 when Wollondilly Council approved their application to provide greater Sydney and the Illawarra region with a Function Centre emitting vintage charm and family warmth.
