Absolutely the best hotel stay I have ever had. Michelle was the Liaison assigned you my wife and I. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure we had an amazing stay. The rest of the staff were also friendly and no matter who they were or what they were doing, when you pass they will greet you. This hotel should be proud of the excellent customer service.The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel sits on top a hill overlooking the ocean. Although the beach is not near the hotel, the hotel does offer a shuttle to its own private beach club. Food at the hotel was also good. There are two restaurants on site, both were exceptional.

A stunning new resort in Bali, set high above the hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, the sheer size of the property is incredible. As usual the Balinese people provide outstanding service and always with a smile. The two infinity pools are a perfect place to relax and unwind, with the second being more secluded and less busy than the main pool area. The breakfast is fantastic with everything you could imagine. Would highly recommend.
