Issi has an extensive portfolio of personally made and handcrafted cakes that she would happily share with you if you need any inspiration for your personal cake. Come in and have a chat with Issi as she is more than happy to help you with that special cake or your cake decorating needs.

Wedding cakes
Along with the dress, the wedding cake is something everybody remembers from your special day. With Issi’s inspiration and designs, it will be for all the right reasons. Learn to do it yourself – Issi has been sharing her skills for over 20 years in small home-schooled classes.
Now she’s making it a regular in the classroom at the back of the Emporium and covering all levels of expertise from beginners basics through to advanced techniques such as tiering.
