Welcome to Sweet Connoisseur, home of the most delicious wedding cakes, birthday cakes, special event cakes and handmade chocolates. We are based in Wahroonga on the North Shore in Sydney, Australia. All of our products are custom designed and prepared with the most delicious fresh ingredients and hand baked with love and care. Our client’s regularly comment on how moist and flavoursome our cakes are.
We will style your wedding cake, birthday cake or special occasion cake to be authentic to your event. With over 28 years of experience creating mouthwatering cakes and desserts we can expertly guide you on selecting a cake to complement your venue.
Your cake can be decorated with fresh or sugar flowers and we will happily liaise with your florist to ensure a seamless process for you. All our wedding cakes are personally delivered and set up at the venue by Sweet Connoisseur.

Different flavours can be used in separate tiers or two flavours can be combined in the one tier. Many gluten free options are available. We are also happy to make any of your favourite recipes.

Decoration
Cakes can be decorated with traditional sugar icing in white, ivory or the colour of your choice. Cakes can also be decorated with flavoured Belgian chocolate ganache with chocolate garnishing, fresh berries or wedding flowers.
